Sapp Bros. Service Centers is a provider of United Axle’s patented and proprietary axle repair process and products in Northwest Missouri and Eastern Kansas. Our technicians are trained and master certified in the process and products to provide you with the best possible service either at our shop, your shop of choice or, in an emergency, along the side of the road. Our mobile repair unit is fully equipped with the equipment and technology to handle the repair of your axle as efficiently as possible so that you can get back on the road, saving time and money.

Once our technicians have repaired your axle with this revolutionary spindle repair and replacement process your spindle is now serviceable with a replaceable spindle. The replacement of a United Axle serviceable spindle is even more efficient than the original installation and can be achieved in under two hours, saving even more time and money.
We provide service to Northwest Missouri and Eastern Kansas including the Kansas City Metro Area in both Missouri and Kansas, St Joseph, Maryville, and Rich Hill.

How does it work?

1.) You or your repair shop contact us.
2.) A Sapp Bros. Service Center master certified technician, in our fully equipped United Axle mobile unit, arrives at your truck or trailer’s location.
3.) Our technician assesses the spindle damage to determine if spindle replacement is needed. If it is, we begin by removing the spindle.
4.) After the spindle is cut off, we machine the axle tube, integrating threads inside of it.
5.) We torque a United Axle threaded spindle into the axle tube.
6.) We make a final weld to hold the new spindle in place.
